Organic non-dairy milk substitutes also have the advantage of being free from antibiotics and pesticides and are cruelty-free and environmentally-friendly.
Which plant-based milk should I choose?
It all comes down to personal taste and your reason for choosing non-dairy milk in the first place. We recommend experimenting with a few until you find one that floats your boat. Soy milk has a mild and creamy flavour and, nutritionally, is a close non-dairy substitute to cow’s milk. Almond milk has a slightly sweet and nutty flavour and can be used in tea and coffee.
