How do you ensure your products are ethically produced?
We are an ACO certified business, we value where and how our products are sourced and have strict rules around our procurement. Our core business is focused on supplying the best quality, ethical, organic products and every single product we stock goes through our Santos Organics Care Check, so you can rest assured that if you shop with us, you’re shopping consciously. Do you offer wholesale prices?
Here at Santos Organics we realise everyone is not the same and we are here to cater for all customers whether large or small. We have long standing business relationships with many Australian wholesale customers and we enjoy and are committed to working closely with you to support your business needs. We understand that shops, manufacturers, restaurants, and other businesses may need larger quantities at a better price whilst still desiring the Santos Organics service and quality. Our wholesale business is here to support you with pricing, ease of ordering, dedicated customer service and support to help grow your business. How quickly will my order arrive?
We endeavour to get your order packed and out our door within 2-3 days of you placing it, often sooner. However, our warehouse is located in a small town on the North Coast of NSW so this does impact on delivery times as we are not in a major city. Most destinations along the Eastern Seaboard will be served within 1-3 days of leaving us but as we head further west or off major routes that may extend to 4-5 days. Parts of South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and Northern Territory could take 10-14 working days. Please consider this as we can’t guarantee the temperatures/conditions once the carton leaves here.
What is the cost of freight for online orders?
The cost of your delivery depends on the weight of your order and where you need it delivered to so unfortunately we can’t give a specific answer here, however we provide 3 options for delivery and aim to provide you with the most economical and/or fastest method depending on where you are based and how much you order. For example some destinations or weights are better served by Australia Post, others by courier companies.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes they do.
