Organic Tapioca Flour
Organic Tapioca Flour, also known as Tapioca starch, is the white starch that has been extracted from cassava root. The Cassava plant is a species native to Northern and North-eastern Brazil. This white coloured flour has a smooth texture and mildly sweet flavour.
