Mango Moringa Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mango peeled, seeded, and chopped or frozen Mango
  • 2/3 cup organic vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk vanilla
  • 5-7 ice cubes (don’t use if you are using frozen mango)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons moringa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 teaspoons raw honey

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds – 1 minute. 
  • Serve in a cup or glass of your choice.
Notes: Adjust the sweetness to your liking. If you prefer a thicker or thinner smoothie adjust the amount of ice or milk.
