GF, DF, Vegan.
Ingredients - Chocolate Crackling:
- 120 gm Cacao butter
- 250 ml Coconut oil
- 120 ml Raw sugar syrup (see ingredients below)
- 160 gm Cacao powder (sifted)
- 50 gm Goji berries
- 50 gm Hemp seeds
- 50 gm Coconut, shredded
Ingredients - Raw Sugar Syrup:
- ⅔ cup Raw Sugar
- ⅓ cup Water
- Boil for 10 minutes
Method:
- Prepare Raw Sugar syrup by boiling ingredients for 10 minutes
- Mix cacao butter, oil, syrup and cacao powder in a bowl and melt gently in a bain-marie, stirring occasionally with a spatula until smooth but not too hot (max 45 degrees)
- Cool it down stirring occasionally until 28 degrees
- Prep a flat tray with baking paper
- Pour the chocolate mixture only on the paper
- Sprinkle the toppings and set in fridge uncovered
- When set, break chunks and keep in a closed container in the fridge
