Chocolate Crackling with Goji Berries & Hemp Seeds

GF, DF, Vegan.

Ingredients - Chocolate Crackling:

Ingredients - Raw Sugar Syrup:

  • ⅔ cup Raw Sugar
  • ⅓ cup Water
  • Boil for 10 minutes


  • Prepare Raw Sugar syrup by boiling ingredients for 10 minutes
  • Mix cacao butter, oil, syrup and cacao powder in a bowl and melt gently in a bain-marie, stirring occasionally with a spatula until smooth but not too hot (max 45 degrees)
  • Cool it down stirring occasionally until 28 degrees
  • Prep a flat tray with baking paper
  • Pour the chocolate mixture only on the paper
  • Sprinkle the toppings and set in fridge uncovered
  • When set, break chunks and keep in a closed container in the fridge
