Organic White Spelt Flour is made from high quality Australian spelt grain that has had the outer shell removed. Spelt is an ancient grain that has a wholesome, nutty flavour and aroma.
Organic White Spelt Flour is high in fibre and protein. It is also a good source of minerals and vitamins including iron, magnesium, phosphorous, zinc and niacin ( vitamin B-3). Spelt may assist with digestion, reducing blood pressure, improving cholesterol levels, heart health, weight management and reducing risk of diabetes. Spelt flour is easier to digest than wheat and some people with wheat sensitivities may tolerate it in their diet.
