Organic Rice Malt Syrup is a thick, sugary syrup derived from Certified organic brown rice. This syrup has a natural sweet flavour and is rich golden in colour.
Rice Malt Syrup is a great alternative sweetener that can be used in place of sugar, honey, coconut sugar, etc. Rice Malt Syrup doesn’t contain fructose. It is slower to release energy than other sweeteners that cause insulin spikes.

It can be used as a sweetener when cooking for dishes such as muffins, cakes, biscuits, marinades, soups, stir-fries and roast vegetables.
