Organic Couscous (Wheat)

Organic Couscous is a good source of selenium. Selenium is an important antioxidant that helps reduce inflammation and boost immunity by lowering oxidative stress in the body. Couscous is also a good source of plant-based protein.
Organic Couscous can be prepared and enjoyed in many different ways. In Morocco and Tunisia, couscous is most commonly served with vegetables that are cooked in a spicy broth or stew, whilst in Libya it is mainly served with meat. In Egypt couscous is eaten as a dessert, prepared with butter, sugar, coconut, raisins and topped with milk or cream. It is also commonly served in a salad with ingredients like tomato, feta, rocket and herbs.
