This Biodynamic Brown Rice Flour is made from certified organic, Australian grown, rain-fed brown rice.
Biodynamic Brown Rice Flour contains bran, therefore has a much higher fibre content than white rice flour. Rice flour is easily digestible and naturally gluten-free. It is also a good source of vitamins and minerals including magnesium, selenium, vitamin B6 and phosphorus.
Brown Rice Flour is a versatile flour that can be used as an ingredient in many different gluten free recipes. It is great used to make food such as pancakes, bread, pizza bases, muffins, cakes, cookies and pasta.
