Sunflower kernels are the hulled inner seed of the sunflower head - raw, unroasted, and ready to eat straight from the bag or toast at home for a deeper, nuttier flavour.
The flavour is mild and gently nutty, blending into almost anything without asserting itself. Source of plant-based protein, vitamin E, iron, copper, selenium, manganese, B vitamins, zinc, and potassium. Naturally gluten free, nut free, and vegan.
