Organic Polenta
Organic Polenta is made of certified organic coarsely ground yellow cornmeal. Polenta is naturally gluten free and is a super versatile food that can be prepared in many different ways.
Organic Polenta is high in protein and fibre. Fibre is good for maintaining a healthy digestive system and to feed healthy gut bacteria. Polenta also contains some vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, magnesium, iron and zinc.
