Organic Buckwheat Kernels can be ground into flour, sprouted or used as an ingredient in many different sweet and savoury recipes. You can soak and blend buckwheat kernels to make delicious gluten free savoury or sweet pancakes. Buckwheat Kernels are also great to add to dried fruits and nuts to make a home-made muesli. They can also be used to make porridge, in soup, with vegetables or raw treats. Buckwheat flour is one of the most popular gluten free flours to use in cooking and baking foods such as bread, muffins, cakes and cookies. Sprouted buckwheat is a great addition to salads, wraps or juices.
