Organic Chickpea Couscous
Organic Chickpea Couscous is made from Chickpeas which are naturally gluten free. This is a great alternative to regular Couscous, for those who choose not to include wheat in their diets.
Organic Chickpeas are high in fibre and complex carbohydrates, as well as being low in fat. They are also a good source of vitamins and minerals including zinc, folate and iron. Chickpea Couscous may assist to boost your immune system and is a good source of plant protein.
Organic Chickpea Couscous is great for many different salad recipes or as a side with vegetables.
