Turmeric and Coconut Rice Pilaf

Suits: GF, DF, Nightshade free, Vegan.



  • In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat bring coconut cream and water to a boil, turn off and set aside
  • In a seperate medium saucepan over medium-low heat, fry turmeric and spices in coconut oil
  • Add in rice and continue to fry until the rice becomes glassy
  • Add hot liquids, salt & pepper and bring to a simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, covered
