Black Sapote Mousse Ingredients:
- 150 gms Black sapote pulp (replace with mango or other seasonal fruit/berries if you don't have access to Black sapote)
- 50 mls Coconut cream
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Soursop Mousse Ingredients:
- 150 gms Soursop (replace with banana if you don't have access to Soursop)
- 50 mls Coconut cream
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp Ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom
- 1/2 tsp Lime juice
Method:
- Blend chia seeds to a coarse, sandy consistency
- Keeping black sapote and soursop ingredients separate, combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Leave both in the fridge for two hours or overnight, to set
- Layer mousses in a mason jar or glass bowl, garnish with fresh fruit or granola between layers and enjoy!
