Honey Mandarin Jam

Suits: GF, DF, Nightshade free, Vegan 



  • Peel mandarin, skin off and remove seeds
  • Mix mandarins in a food processor for about 1 minute
  • Squeeze lime juice
  • Place mandarins in a medium pot, add 3 tbsp honey and lime juice. Cook on medium heat, simmer for about one hour, stirring continuously
  • Add ½ tsp turmeric powder and cook for an extra 5 minute.
