Suits: GF, DF, Nightshade free, Vegan
Ingredients:
- 1 kg Organic mandarin
- 3 tbsp Organic honey (local honey raw from Santos)
- 1 medium size Organic lime
- 1/2 tsp Organic turmeric powder
Method:
- Peel mandarin, skin off and remove seeds
- Mix mandarins in a food processor for about 1 minute
- Squeeze lime juice
- Place mandarins in a medium pot, add 3 tbsp honey and lime juice. Cook on medium heat, simmer for about one hour, stirring continuously
- Add ½ tsp turmeric powder and cook for an extra 5 minute.
