Black Sapote Mousse Ingredients:

  • 150 gms Black sapote pulp (replace with mango or other seasonal fruit/berries if you don’t have access to Black sapote)
  • 50 mls Coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Soursop Mousse Ingredients:


  • Blend chia seeds to a coarse, sandy consistency
  • Keeping black sapote and soursop ingredients separate, combine ingredients
    in a blender and blend until smooth
  • Leave both in the fridge for two hours or overnight, to set
  • Layer mousses in a mason jar or glass bowl, garnish with fresh fruit or granola
    between layers and enjoy!
