Body Electric is The Beauty Chef's take on the performance hydration category - and it's meaningfully different from a standard electrolyte product. Where most electrolyte powders stop at sodium, potassium, and magnesium, Body Electric adds 3g of water-washed micronised creatine monohydrate, 10g of hydrolysed pea and rice protein, a full B vitamin complex including Quatrefolic activated folate and activated B6 and B12, and The Beauty Chef's Gut Complex (fermented kombucha with scoby and L-glutamine). All in a 16g serve that dissolves completely in 500ml of water with no chalky texture or settling.
The creatine is water-washed rather than acid-washed, meaning no harsh chemical processing byproducts. It's also micronised for improved solubility and absorption - no gritty residue at the bottom of the glass. The electrolyte mineral salts are sourced from Olsson's, an Australian producer of natural, unrefined mineral salts.

How to use it
Mix 1 tablespoon (16g) into 500ml of water. Consume immediately. Fully dissolvable - no blender needed.
Consume before, during, or after movement, or any time you need to rehydrate and replenish.
The 500ml water volume is important - electrolytes need sufficient water to separate into ions and conduct electrical signals through the body effectively. Do not mix into less than 500ml.
Storage: store below 25°C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon. Use within 90 days of opening.
