Organic Dried Currants

Organic Dried Currants are grapes that are harvested and then either placed on the ground or on trays for sun drying. Currants are generally smaller than sultanas and great for cereals and baking (biscuits, cakes, slices etc). Currants contain vitamin A & C, vitamin B3 & B5, Biotin, some iron, magnesium, manganese-calcium and phosphorus. The seeds of currants good amounts of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA)
