Dalhousie Organic Raspberry Jam is exactly what a good jam should be: organic raspberries at 47%, organic sugar, lemon concentrate, and pectin. No preservatives, no artificial colours, no artificial flavours, no added water. The lemon concentrate provides natural acidity and helps the pectin set. Pectin is a naturally occurring carbohydrate extracted from citrus fruit peels, used as a gelling agent. That is the full ingredient list.
Raspberries have a more pronounced tartness than strawberries, which means this jam has a sharper, more complex flavour and a deeper ruby colour. It pairs particularly well with anything that benefits from a note of acidity alongside sweetness - on cheese boards, in pastries, or with anything chocolate.

Storage
