How to save money on organic bulk food

How much does organic food cost?

It’s true that organic food can be slightly more expensive than run-of-the-mill groceries. Organic farming is usually more labour and management intensive than regular farming. Organic farms are smaller, so they cost more to produce food.

Can you get organic food on sale?

One way to save money is to buy organic food in bulk. More quantities mean less packaging and lower shipping costs than repeatedly buying the same item. If you have the room to safely store your products, it makes sense to buy in bulk.
