Most commercial coconut milks list water as the first or second ingredient, which dilutes the coconut fat content and produces a thinner, less flavourful result. OnRich skips the water entirely - the tin contains only extracted organic coconut meat, which is why the coconut fat content is higher and the flavour more pronounced than standard coconut milk.
The result is a coconut milk that doesn't need thickening agents or emulsifiers to deliver richness. It separates naturally into cream at the top and liquid at the bottom - shake or stir before use, or scoop the cream layer directly for recipes that call for coconut cream.

How to use it

Storage
