Organic Rye Flour
Organic Rye Flour is made from certified organic Australian grown rye grain. This nutritious flour has a malty, nutty flavour and is versatile for many different baking recipes.
Organic Rye Grain is rich in B-vitamins, iron, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and the highest content of lysine (an essential amino acid) out of all grains. Rye flour has a low gluten content and is easily digestible. As it is easier to digest than wheat, some people with wheat and gluten sensitivities may tolerate it in their diet.
Organic Rye Flour is popular for baking bread, either yeast-raised or sourdough. It is often mixed with other flours to make lighter loaves. It is also great for other foods such as pancakes, muffins or biscuits.
