Organic Chickpeas

Organic Chickpeas are a versatile legume that can be used in many dishes and recipes. Chickpeas are commonly used in traditional Mediterranean, Middle Eatern and Indian cuisine. Aquafaba, the liquid leftover from cooked chickpeas, is an amazing alternative ingredient to dairy products or egg in a lot of vegan recipes. You can use Aquafaba to make vegan recipes such as mayonnaise, aioli, mousse, meringue and pavlova.
NOTE: Before use, all beans should be soaked in cold water overnight or for at least ten hours. Make sure you cover the beans with a large volume of water because they will swell up considerably. When ready to cook, discard the soaking water and briefly rinse the beans under running water.
