Riega Organic Seasoning Veggie Fajitas 25.5g
A bold, smoky fajita seasoning blend made from ten certified organic herbs and spices. No fillers, no additives, no artificial flavours - just spices. Ready in minutes.
Riega Organic Veggie Fajita Seasoning is a Tex-Mex spice blend built around organic paprika, cumin, oregano, chilli pepper, and cayenne, rounded with organic garlic, onion, and black pepper, and balanced with a touch of organic cane sugar and sea salt. Every ingredient is certified organic except the sea salt. No synthetic pesticides, no GMO, no fillers, no processing aids.
One 25.5g pouch seasons approximately three cups of mixed vegetables. Toss through while sauteing or grilling, or add dry as a finishing rub. The blend works equally well on capsicum, zucchini, mushrooms, corn, sweet potato, and cauliflower - anything going into a fajita, a taco bowl, or a roasted vegetable tray.
Riega Foods was founded in 2008 as a family business in pursuit of real food with clean ingredients and genuine flavour. Their seasoning blends are USDA organic certified, tested gluten free through an independent laboratory, certified vegan, and certified kosher. Made in the USA in a dedicated gluten-free facility.

How to use it
Basic veggie fajitas (serves 2): heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan or on a grill over medium-high heat. Add 3 cups of mixed sliced vegetables (capsicum, onion, zucchini, mushrooms). Add the full 25.5g pouch of seasoning and toss to coat. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and starting to caramelise at the edges. Serve in warm corn or flour tortillas with avocado, sour cream or cashew cream, lime, and coriander.
A few more ideas:
- Roasted vegetable tray: toss the seasoning with vegetables and a drizzle of olive oil before roasting at 200°C for 25 to 30 minutes
- Grain bowls: season roasted cauliflower, sweet potato, or chickpeas for a Mexican-inspired grain bowl
- Corn on the cob: brush with butter or oil and coat with the seasoning before grilling
- Tofu or tempeh: toss diced tofu or tempeh in the seasoning and pan-fry until crispy
- Veggie kabobs: coat mixed vegetables on skewers before grilling
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Once opened, use within 6 months for best flavour. The seasoning may clump due to the absence of anti-caking agents - this is normal and doesn't affect quality or flavour.
