The base is 80.3% Flora Culture bio-fermented nutrient blend, a remarkably broad ferment of organic chickpeas, mung beans, brown rice, sweet potato, lentils, buckwheat, quinoa, millet, sea minerals, pepitas, linseed, sunflower seeds, agave, molasses, queen garnet plum, and ginger, fermented using a mother culture of 13 probiotic strains. This process converts the whole food ingredients into a more bioavailable form and creates a natural broad-spectrum probiotic and postbiotics.
The latest formula is supercharged with The Beauty Chef's exclusive Hyaluronic Complex - sea buckthorn, grapeseed extract, and hyaluronic acid - and retains the full vitamin and mineral profile: 200% RDI of vitamin C for collagen formation and free radical protection, 50% RDI of zinc for immune function and healthy skin, hair, and nails, plus biotin and niacinamide (vitamin B3).

Glow vs Glow Ageless - how to choose
Both share the same Flora Culture fermented base, GUT5Y probiotic, Hyaluronic Complex, and broad vitamin and mineral profile. The key differences:
- Glow: suitable for all adults. No iodine component
- Glow Ageless: specifically formulated for 50+, with additional iodine (from kelp) for thyroid hormone support, magnesium for bone health, and herbal extracts (maca, shatavari, pine bark, shiitake) targeted at age-related concerns. Not suitable alongside thyroid medication or HRT without healthcare practitioner guidance
If you're under 50 or not managing thyroid-related concerns, Glow is the right starting point.
How to use it
Mix 1 teaspoon (5g) into 200ml of water, a smoothie, yoghurt, or your favourite cold or room temperature drink. Consume immediately.
Do not add to hot drinks. The probiotics are not heat-resistant and hot liquids will destroy the beneficial bacteria. Enjoy cold or at room temperature only.
