Santos Organics Organic Medjool dates are certified organic by ACO and sourced from Israel, where Medjool dates have been cultivated for centuries in the arid conditions that produce the variety's characteristic size and sweetness. Medjool dates are the largest and most prized date variety, distinguishable from other dried dates by their plump, moist flesh and thick, wrinkled skin. The flavour is deep, rich, and honey-like with a caramel undertone, more complex and less one-dimensionally sweet than the deglet noor variety common in supermarkets.

Storage
