Description
Roasted Dry Peanuts are an excellent source of resveratrol, phenolic acids, flavonoids and phytosterols that block the absorption of cholesterol from diet. Peanuts are also a good source of Co-enzyme Q10 and contain all the 20 amino acids. These bioactive compounds have disease preventive properties and are thought to promote longevity. Roasting and boiling peanuts increase the concentration of these bioactive compounds.
