Nutra Organics Organic Whey Protein Vanilla is built around one primary ingredient: certified organic New Zealand grass-fed Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) at 96% of the formula. WPC is the less-processed form of whey - it contains around 70-80% protein by weight with a small amount of naturally occurring fat and lactose, giving it a creamier texture and more rounded flavour than the more heavily processed Whey Protein Isolate (WPI). The flavour comes from certified organic natural flavours and organic vanilla bean (0.1%), sweetened with thaumatin - a natural protein-based sweetener.
23g of complete protein per serve, naturally containing all nine essential amino acids and BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) inherent to whey. No synthetic amino acids added.
Contains milk. Not recommended for people with dairy allergy or significant lactose intolerance - WPC contains approximately 7% lactose. For lactose-sensitive individuals, a whey protein isolate or plant protein is a better choice.
