Mekhala Red Curry Paste 100g

$6.95

Mekhala’s bestselling paste. A smoky, savoury Thai red curry paste made from organic dried red chillies, lemongrass, galangal, and coriander. No fish sauce, no shrimp paste. Medium heat. Ready in under 20 minutes.

Red curry paste is one of the most versatile Thai cooking pastes - equally at home in curries, marinades, stir-fries, and roasted vegetable dishes. Mekhala’s version uses dried red chillies as the base for a smokier, deeper flavour than fresh chilli-based pastes, with galangal and lemongrass providing the aromatic backbone. Like all Mekhala Thai pastes, it contains no fish sauce or shrimp paste - making it genuinely vegan where virtually every conventional Thai red curry paste is not.

Medium heat, rated 2/3 on Mekhala’s scale. Keto-friendly at just 2g net carbs per serve.
