Mekhala Green Curry Paste 100g

$6.95

The hottest and most aromatic in the Mekhala Thai range. Vivid, herbaceous, and genuinely bold - made from fresh organic green chillies, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal. No fish sauce. No shrimp paste. 100% vegan and gluten free.

Green curry paste is almost always made with shrimp paste as a standard ingredient - Mekhala’s version is a genuine exception. This paste delivers an authentic green curry flavour from purely plant-based ingredients, making it one of the only vegan green curry pastes that doesn’t sacrifice flavour for the omission.

The green chilli base (40%) gives a genuinely hot result. This is Mekhala’s spiciest paste - rated 3 out of 3 on their heat scale. Use less paste for a milder result.
