Maple Moon Shredded Coconut & Goji Carob Bar 90g
A smooth, naturally sweet carob bar with coconut flakes and goji berries. Four certified organic ingredients, handmade in Byron Bay. Caffeine free, no added sugar, no preservatives, no emulsifiers.
Maple Moon was founded in Byron Bay by Carli, who started making carob bars because she wanted a chocolate alternative she could eat at night without the stimulant effects of cacao. The Coconut & Goji bar was her first creation - and it remains the original. Four ingredients, all certified organic: carob powder, cacao butter, coconut flakes, and goji berries.
Carob is a naturally sweet legume pod that has been used as a chocolate substitute for centuries. It has a mild, sweet, earthy flavour with hints of caramel, and unlike cacao contains no caffeine and no theobromine. The cacao butter provides the smooth, chocolate-like texture without the stimulant compounds. The coconut flakes add crunch and natural sweetness, and the goji berries add a slight tartness and chewy contrast to the smooth carob base.
Handmade and hand-packaged in Byron Bay using eco-friendly, waste-conscious packaging. Made in Australia from at least 45% Australian ingredients.

How to enjoy it
Eat at room temperature for the best texture - the bar softens slightly as it warms in your hands. Break into pieces or eat as a block. Works well as an after-dinner treat, a desk snack, or a lunchbox inclusion for children who can’t have chocolate at school.
Storage: store in a cool, dry, dark place between 15°C and 22°C. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat - carob bars will melt. Refrigerate in summer if your home runs warm.
