A genuine chai concentrate, slow brewed from fresh organic spices and black tea in Byron Bay. Not a syrup, not an extract - real chai made the traditional way.

Living Chai is handmade in Byron Bay using certified organic whole spices - cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, star anise, licorice root, and black pepper - alongside premium organic black tea, jaggery, and sea salt. The spices and tea are slow brewed for six hours to unlock their full flavour, then blended with filtered water into a rich, aromatic concentrate ready to use straight from the bottle.

The difference between Living Chai and most commercially made chai blends is immediately obvious in the flavour. Most instant chai products are made from artificial flavours and large amounts of sugar, engineered to taste like chai without being made from real spices. This one is the opposite - it tastes like a chai you'd make from scratch, because that's essentially what it is, just done for you over six hours.

Sweetened with jaggery (unrefined whole cane sugar from India) rather than white sugar, which adds a subtle molasses warmth to the sweetness. Shelf stable for up to 2 years unopened - the natural antibacterial and antifungal properties of the spice blend mean no preservatives are needed.

The 750ml bottle makes approximately 12 serves at the recommended dose.
