Nigella sativa - commonly known as black seed or black cumin - has been used for thousands of years across many traditional medicine systems. The “TQ+” in the product name refers to thymoquinone (TQ), the key naturally occurring compound in black seed oil. Hab Shifa monitors thymoquinone levels across each batch to ensure consistent quality and potency within the science-supported range.

How to take it
Adults: take 5ml (one teaspoon) daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Can be taken directly or mixed into juice, a smoothie, or a small amount of honey to mask the naturally strong, peppery flavour.
