Complete Health Organic Sour Cherry Juice is made from a single ingredient: 100% certified organic tart (sour) cherry juice, pressed fresh and not diluted or reconstituted from concentrate. No added sugar, no preservatives, no artificial anything. What you get is the pure, intense, characterful flavour of sour cherries - bright, slightly tart, naturally sweet, and completely unlike sweet cherry juice or commercial fruit blends.
Sour cherries (also called tart cherries or Montmorency cherries) are the cooking and juicing variety of cherry, distinct from the sweeter eating cherries found in fruit shops. They have a more complex, layered flavour and a deeper colour than sweet cherries. Fresh pressed sour cherry juice is vivid, punchy, and naturally tart - it makes the kind of impression that a glass of apple juice doesn't.

Shake well before serving. Natural sediment from the fresh pressing will settle at the bottom of the bottle.
