Cocosoul Organic Coconut Water is extracted from carefully selected young organic green coconuts - harvested at the stage when the water inside is at its purest, most mineral-rich, and naturally sweetest. Unlike mature coconuts, which are harvested for their meat and thick cream, young coconuts contain a higher volume of water with a lighter, cleaner flavour and a superior mineral profile.
Single ingredient. Not from concentrate - the water is extracted and packaged without the concentration and reconstitution process used by most commercial coconut water brands, which strips flavour and alters the mineral composition. The 1.25L carton gives approximately three times the volume of a standard 400ml coconut water bottle, making it a practical everyday format.
