Bioreal Organic Yeast 5 x 9g (40g)
Most dried yeasts contain E491 - a synthetic emulsifier added to help the yeast rehydrate faster. Bioreal skips it entirely. This is a certified organic, additive-free dry yeast made from naturally fermented rye grain, produced without synthetic chemicals and with full ecological accountability from fermentation through to packaging.
Each pack contains five individually sealed 9g sachets, keeping each portion fresh until the moment you open it - no stale yeast, no waste.
How to use: Add directly to your flour. No need to pre-dissolve in water. Use approximately 9g per 500g of flour. Works exactly like conventional dry yeast - the only difference is what's not in it.
Works beautifully for: sourdough-style loaves, everyday sandwich bread, pizza bases, focaccia, brioche, cinnamon rolls, and any yeasted pastry.
Store in a cool, dry place. During warmer months, keep in the fridge.
