Description
Biodynamic Soybeans are considered to be a source of complete protein. They contain significant amounts of all the essential amino acids necessary for human nutrition. For this reason, soy is a good protein option for vegetarians and vegans or for people who want to reduce the amount of meat they eat.
Soybeans must be cooked with "wet" heat to destroy the trypsin inhibitors (serine protease inhibitors). Soybeans are very versatile for many recipes. They can be used in stews, soups, curries, and to make soy milk, tofu and tempeh.
Notes
We recommend storing them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
It may contain traces of nuts, peanuts, gluten, pollen and other allergens.
