Organic Wheat Free Tamari The word comes from the verb “tamaru” which means “to accumulate” as tamari was a bi product produced during the fermentation of miso. Tamari is darker and richer in flavour and is popular amongst those on a wheat free diet. Its recipe is the closest to the original soy sauce introduced from China.
