Spiral Foods Organic Minced Ginger is made from select varieties of fresh organic ginger, minced and preserved in organic vinegar. No salt, no citric acid, no preservatives beyond the vinegar itself. The glass jar keeps the ginger fresh and free from plastic contact.
Half a teaspoon from the jar equals roughly one teaspoon of freshly grated ginger, though intensity varies - start with less and adjust to taste.

How to use it
Substitution guide: half a teaspoon equals approximately one teaspoon of freshly grated ginger. Adjust to preference - the raw flavour from the jar is intense.
