Raw Sugar Syrup Ingredients & Method:

  • ⅔ cup Raw Sugar 
  • ⅓ cup Filtered Water 
  • Combine and boil for 10 minutes 

Method:

  • Mix cacao butter, coconut oil, raw sugar syrup and cacao powder in a bowl and melt gently in a bain marie, stirring occasionally with a spatula until smooth but not too hot (max 45 degrees) 
  • Cool it down stirring occasionally until 28 degrees 
  • Prep a flat tray with baking paper 
  • Pour the chocolate mixture only on the paper 
  • Sprinkle the goji berries and hemp seeds on top and set in fridge uncovered 
  • When set, break chunks and keep in a closed container in the fridge
