Monika’s Pure Creamed Coconut is a solid block that can be softened, grated, sliced, chopped, melted and dissolved. Creamed coconut is created by blending fresh coconut and then pressing it into a block. It gives a rich creamy flavour and texture to curries, cakes, biscuits and desserts. Creamed coconut can be used in recipes as coconut cream, coconut milk or fresh coconut.
