Organic Spelt Grain is high in fibre and protein. It is also a good source of minerals and vitamins including iron, magnesium, phosphorous, zinc and vitamin B17.
Spelt grain is super versatile and can be ground into flour, sprouted or cooked in savoury and sweet recipes. It can be a nutritious addition to salads and juices either as sprouted Spelt or grown as Spelt grass. Cooked Spelt Grain can be used in soups, puddings or salads. If you pre-soak Spelt Grain, it will reduce the amount of time it needs to be cooked.
