In Morocco and Tunisia, couscous is most commonly served with vegetables that are cooked in a spicy broth or stew, whilst in Libya it is mainly served with meat. In Egypt couscous is eaten as a dessert, prepared with butter, sugar, coconut, raisins and topped with milk or cream. Ingredients: Durum Wheat Semolina, Water. NOTE: Contains gluten. Certified Organic: ACO Country of Origin: Italy. The repetition of this process results in the tiny granules of couscous.
