Spiral Arame is hand-selected and harvested as a wide leaf, it is then sliced into shreds for easy use and precooked for 7 hours to tenderise.
How to use
Arame expands 3-4 times
Rinse and boil in water for 5-10 minutes
approx 10g of Arame to 1-1.5 cups of water
Serve with seaweed as a side dish, add to stir-fries, salads, casseroles, beans or rice.
