Job Summary

• Permanent Part-time - 15 hours/week over 2 days.
• Support the Ecommerce Manager twice a week with the Santos Organics website and online shop. 
• Primary duties include supporting the Ecommerce Manager with weekly tasks and adding new products and descriptions to Shopify. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the eCommerce Manager across Shopify.
• Website content updates as required, including enrichment and product description.
• Support with website photos.
• Edit Facebook and Instagram Shop.
• Assist with product and collection launches online.
• Support the execution of eCommerce initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the eCommerce Manager to effectively communicate work in progress and action.
• Work collaboratively with teams across Santos website/online shop.
• To creatively work with content and aesthetics for digital platforms.
• Assist the Warehouse with the processing of stock shipments, including picking, packing, invoicing, labelling, and dispatching orders when required.
• Stock availability updates.
• Customer service via phone and email.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, knowledge, and attributes:

• Previous experience within a retail environment 
• Ability to multitask with a high attention to detail 
• Self-motivated and driven 
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Facebook and Instagram
• Ability in Shopify and Klaviyo is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in DEAR is preferred but not essential

Remuneration: Retail Level 1 - Permanent Part-time, plus superannuation (15 hours per week over two days).
