Produce Manager (Byron Bay Store) – 38 hours per week

Santos Organics Byron Bay is looking for an experienced and hard-working Produce Manager with a strong focus on customer service and sales who’s able to work full-time, 38 hours per week.

Must have:

Retail (preferably produce experience), inventory control and stock management experience; comfortable pulling and reading reports to drive sales and improve margins; an eye for detail and ensures all is kept clean, neat and organised; has the ability to stay calm in a busy environment and is able to be flexible to meet the needs of the business; must be able to push/pull large trolley with produce, bend, squat, twist, lift 25kg bags and boxes easily and safely on a regular basis; Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship required.

Bulk/Stock Manager (Byron Bay Store) – 32 hours per week

Santos Organics Byron Bay is looking for an experienced and hard-working Bulk Foods/Stock Manager with a strong focus on customer service and sales who’s able to work part-time, 32 hours per week.

Must have: retail (preferably groceries and bulk foods), inventory control and stock management experience; an eye for detail and ensures all is kept clean, neat and organised; has the ability to stay calm in a busy environment and is able to be flexible to meet the needs of the business; must be able to lift 25kg bags and boxes easily and safely on a regular basis.

People & Culture Manager (HR)

25 – 38 hours weekly ($55K-$60K pro rata)

We are seeking a strategic, forward thinking and experienced HR Manager to further develop department and maintain positive, engaged and vibrant culture of our organisation. Role requires strong systems orientation, training & development, compliance, and conflict resolution with a focus on empowering our team. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR based leadership role is essential, preferably degree qualified.

Barista (Mullumbimby Cafe)

Santos Organics Mullumbimby Cafe is looking for an experienced and hard-working Barista with a strong focus on customer service. Someone who keeps going where others stop and has an innate understanding for the importance of details while keeping the customer top of mind.

Must have:

2+ years experience as a Barista in a high quality, yet fast-paced environment, confident in dial-ins and all common brewing techniques, experienced in coffee machine maintenance, natural customer service talent who loves coffee, attention to detail, has the ability to stay calm in a busy environment and is able to work alone if necessary. Favorable: Passionate about Santos’ mission, excellent understanding of sustainable practices in hospitality, experience with handling, preparing and serving food with passion.
