Why work for Santos Organics?

Here at Santos Organics we believe in the oneness and cycle of life. We’ve been around since 1978 and believe in treading lightly and treating people and planet with kindness and respect. We’re a not-for-profit social enterprise; we source the best organic food and natural lifestyle products, and every single one goes through our Santos Organics Care-Check, so our customers can rest assured that if they shop with us, they’re shopping consciously.

Operating as a not-for-profit means our profits get injected into community or environmental organisations rather than going into pockets. We donate to organisations who share our vision for a cleaner, healthier and more connected future.

When you work for Santos Organics you will be joining a team who are pioneering the way for how consumer spending can re-shape the food system, environment and our communities. We run on 100% renewable energy and are an environmental not-for-profit social enterprise. We also offer some pretty awesome team benefits including an instore discount.
