Full-time Assistant Manager (Mullumbimby Store) – 38 hours per week

Santos Organics Mullumbimby is looking for an experienced and hard-working Assistant Manager with a strong customer service focus, confident in sales and able to work 5 days, 38 hours per week (must be able to work Saturdays).

Must have:

Retail experience, background in hospitality is beneficial; previous experience of shop floor management, merchandising, managing wages, placing and following up on orders, inventory control and loss prevention is essential. Our ideal candidate is great at multi-tasking with strong organisational skills, confident in using a point of sale and computers with Microsoft office; has a keen eye for detail and ensures the store is kept clean, neat and organised at all times. The ability to stay calm in a busy environment and ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the business is essential. Please note in this role you will be on your feet for extended periods of time, must be able to lift weight above 10kgs and climb ladders regularly. Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is mandatory.
