Our oils are nutrient-rich, containing compounds that offer health benefits including monounsaturated fats, omega-3 fatty acids, and a range of antioxidants. Oils with higher smoke points (over 210°C) such as olive oil, avocado oil, sunflower oil, and ghee can be used for sautéeing, baking and frying. Oils with lower smoke points such as walnut oil and flaxseed oil are great for salad dressing and smoothies.
