Millet is a naturally gluten free, nutritious grain that is high in fibre. It is also a good source of minerals and vitamins including potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B, phosphorus, calcium and iron.
Biodynamic Rolled Millet can be used is many different ways. It is great to make breakfast foods such as gluten free muesli, pancakes or porridge. Millet Flakes can also be used to bake foods including bread, scones, cakes, muffins and biscuits.
