Ingredients:2 tablespoons goji berries, soaked in 1⁄4 cup filtered water for 30 minutes and stirred a few times 1⁄4 cup filtered water 150ml freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit juice 100ml freshly squeezed orange juice 2 tablespoons lemon juice 12mm piece fresh ginger 1-2 teaspoons spirulina or other green powder of your choice
1. Place softened berries and soaking water in a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until combined. Tip! If you haven’t tried spirulina before, use only 1 teaspoon until you get used to the taste. Even though the colour is striking with just 1 teaspoon (as in this photo), the spirulina flavour doesn’t dominate. And you’ll find two teaspoons is even quite pleasant!
